Clay Imprints
We now do clay imprints of babies, children or adults hands and feet - or even pets paws.
First we make a clay impression by pressing gently into soft clay. We then slowly dry the clay until it is ready for its first firing. After this we add your chosen colour wash, glaze it and fire it a second time. We can then mount your imprint in a frame for displaying at home.

Clay imprints take a 3-4 weeks to be ready as the imprint needs to dry thoroughly and be kiln-fired twice. Please call us to make sure that we can fit these timings in with your needs.
