Ordering on-line
Go to our catalogue page and choose
the items you want. Use the buttons on screen to add them to your "shopping
basket" and the click the checkout button and you will be prompted
for your payment card details - just like shopping at your local supermarket.
Ordering by telephone
We can also take your order by telephone during the studio opening
hours.
Choose the items you want and make a note of the personalisation you
want to add. Then give us a call at the studio on (01604) 414164
However you order, you will receive an email to confirm the details
of your item. Please check this promptly to ensure all of the details
are correct.
Despatch
When we receive your order we will paint the item, including the
personalisations you request. We then glaze and fire the item and as
soon as it is cool enough we package and despatch it to you.
We aim to despatch your item to you as soon as possible. In the unlikely
circumstances that this will take more than 7 days we will contact you
to let you know.

Returns Policy
We want all of our customers to be entirely happy with our products
and we operate a no-quibble money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied,
just return the item to us and we will refund the purchase price. Please note that any items to be returned must be received by us within 30 days.
Damages
Occasionally, although we do our best to avoid it, items can be
damaged in transit. If your item is damaged when you receive it, simply
return it to us and we will replace it.
